There are many choices for dry needling education.  However, there is only ONE that is specific for sports injury healthcare practitioners.  Only one that covers the didactics of the how, why, when, where, and ‘what else should be done’ when treating patients with sports injuries and implementing dry needling.

Drs. Manison and Bross started sportsdryneedling.org to offer a much needed systematic and scientific approach to dry needling for athletes.  Dry needling is a phenomenal treatment approach, but as is the case with most treatment approaches, it is only one part of comprehensive injury treatment approach.  What about supporting an area?  What about rehabilitation?  What about more local and global considerations?  How do we determine if an athlete can play ‘through’ an injury?  These questions, and many more, are not answered in standard dry needling classes and we felt the need to fill the gap in knowledge and education that currently exists.

We are very excited to offer you this material and we want to hear about your success stories once you are using the information gained in our classes.  All we do is about patient care and the more people who are competent with sports dry needling, the better patient outcomes will be.  Your ‘sporty’ patients will refer to you as you will offer skills others in your area do not have, even if they dry needle.  It’s the focus and expansion on dry needling adding a sports injury approach that will separate you from your peers.

If you have any questions about our classes or would for us to offer a class at a particular location, please feel free to contact us.

Sports Dry needling goes beyond just the needling part. It's a comprehensive approach to injury care.
