Drs. Manison and Bross combine 40+ combined years of sports injury treatment and rehabilitation along with dry needling to their teaching credentials. Dr. Bross owns and operates Elite Chiropractic, LLC with offices in Columbia and Towson and Dr. Manison owns and operates Columbia Advanced Chiropractic, LLC in Columbia, MD. One might think it’d be odd for two doctors who would seem to be competitors in the same market to team up to teach sports dry needling together. However, besides being good friends and referring to one another when the need arises, their combined love for the field and for teaching is so great and needed, that it transcends any other considerations. Both doctors have been teaching different topics for many years, and they feel the time has come to combine their thoughts, experiences, and information to aid others in becoming better practitioners. Their goal is to truly help those taking their classes to not only be the best dry needling practitioners, but also know the ins and outs of how to apply dry needling to a sports injury focused practice.
